What we collect
If you contact us through this website, by email or by telephone we hold the information you choose to give us — typically your name, organisation, email address, telephone number and the details of your enquiry. This site does not use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.
Why we hold it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of our commercial and technical correspondence. We do not sell contact information, and we do not add enquirers to marketing lists without an explicit opt-in.
Where it is held
Enquiry correspondence is held on business systems administered from our Bengaluru office. Product deployments are configured India-resident by default; where a customer requires an air-gapped or on-premise deployment, no operational data reaches us at all.
Operational and imagery data
Imagery and telemetry captured by deployed SagarAI systems belongs to the customer. We access it only where a signed agreement provides for it — for example during a trials period or a support investigation — and under the data-handling terms of that agreement. Naval and defence deployments are governed by the security terms of the relevant contract, which take precedence over this policy.
Third-party content
The contact page embeds a map from Google Maps. Loading that map is subject to Google's own privacy terms. No other third-party content is embedded on this site; web fonts are served from Google Fonts.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@sagarai.in or call +91 89496 96157 and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. This is a general statement of practice and is not legal advice; for a binding data processing agreement covering a specific deployment, contact us and we will provide one.
